Journey of Growth: From Trainee to ERP Project Manager

Here is an exciting story of a fresh graduate starting his career in information systems. Over eight years, he overcomes numerous challenges and navigates through corporate politics, ultimately transforming into a skilled and respected ERP Project Manager.

In 2016, Aman started his career as a trainee ERP Business Analyst at a mid-sized tech company. Fresh out of college with a degree in Information Systems, he was eager to dive into the world of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

The first year was challenging. Aman spent countless hours learning the basics of ERP systems, shadowing senior analysts, and attending training sessions.
